The meaning of Brahmagyan or Supreme Cult
June,1958.
One day Diamond says:
What is the meaning of ‘Brahmagyan’or Supreme Cult? All become One. Nobody knows this meaning even today. Why so many diversions in the world? Due to lack of this oneness. Why so many diversions among Hindus, Muslims, Christians? It is because due to lack of oneness. Nothing will be there. There will be no necessity of temples, churches, mosques. When a man gets God within his own body it will then become temple, church, mosque etc. All will be extirpated automatically.
Man in sun is visualized within the body, not outside
24th June, 1958.
Till now four persons have seen me in the sun within themselves. They are Saila, Kali, Santosh and Abhay. Most of them told me about their dreams how many will I consider. Let these go on.
Now this man in the sun within the body is described in Isha Upanishad as ‘Param Brahma’(Supreme One) They are describing – O Nourisher (Pusan), the sole Seer (ekarsi), O controller (Yama),O Sun (Surya), offspring of Prajapati, spread forth thy rays! Gather thy brilliance (tejas)! What is thy fairest form – that of thee I see. He who is yonder, yonder person (Purusha) – I myself am he! [16]
For a few days I have been reading it. These four persons have seen that ‘Param Brahma.’ Isa Upanished have 18 hymns. Only two of them have mentioned about ‘Param Brahma’. Just imagine how much importance they have given on it!
But two things they could not say. One, where this man in sun seen – whether outside or inside. And two, if they saw this person, who was this person and did he look?
See, Isha Upanishad also is making a mistake! They are saying that this person can be seen in the sun outside, and as a result what happens? Thousands and thousands of people tried to perform ‘Tratak’ to see that man in the outside (inIndia) and lost their eyesight. We can see this reference even in the life of Thakur (Sri Ramkrishna). He had also lost his eyesight by this process. Though by his spiritual power he got back his eyesight. Just imagine what a harm did this Upanishad to the mankind!
What Isha Upanishad could not say, these four persons have said. Each of them told me, ‘we have seen a person in the sun in our dreams. And that person was you.’
Why Isha Upanishad could not say this clearly? Because what they have written was not visualized by them. Hearing from other persons they have written. They have also confessed that after hearing from others they have written it. For this reason Upanishads are called ‘Sruti’. They were merely scholars; not Rishis and they had no realizations like Rishis.
DIAMOND AND THE AMAZING FACTS ABOUT DREAMS AND REALITY

Diamond in his life-time
(Translated from my Bengali book ‘He Mahajivan’)
My first visit to Diamond (Jibankrishna)
Khitish Chandra RoyChoudhury
It was 1951. Probably that was the month of September. I was staying at my maternal uncle’s house for some days. I had a discussion with my maternal uncle Sudhin (Sudhindra Nath Sinha) who was my boyhood companion also. During discussion he told me, ‘See, I have met a nobleman who experiences Samadhi (Full conscious state with god) off and on. One can know about Sri Ramkrishna after going to him. I shall take you there when time permits. ‘What is his name’? I asked. ‘Jibankrishna Ghosh’ – he answered and then went on describing, ‘He lives in his cousin brother’s house serves inCalcutta’ corporation. A bachelor, age is nearly sixty. He stayed for some time inEnglandfor study’. Then he narrated his own experience of first meeting and I listened to him very attentively. One special expression was noticed on his facial appearance as I noticed that day. Lastly with a great eagerness I asked him, ‘When are you taking me there? I shall come to you that day? ‘There is an inconvenience’ – he said. ‘You have such illness. Be recovered, then we shall go. And he somewhat selective in this affair.
Jibankrishna gives much stress on strong physique. Hearing this I was a bit hopeless. Sudhin again said, ‘But there is one thing. Have you seen Sri Ramkrishna in dream anytime? He gives much stress on it? I failed here also, but still keeps hope in mind.
After about a month, it was about Oct-Nov. I went to my dwelling place atAllahabad. I had a dream: I was walking on a crowded road and came near the clock-tower. I saw some fellows were coming by a tanga (cart pulled by horses). It stopped near me and I noticed two passengers. I also stood when it stopped. It seemed that I was seeing some familiar one after a long gap. Oh, yes! Sri Ramkrishna and Sri ‘M’ (Mahendra Nath Gupta, writer of the gospel of Sri Ramkrishna) were the passengers. Sri Ramkrishna was smiling. He asked me,’How are you? Is everything all right’? ‘Yes’, with a smiling face I answered. I was going to say something more, but my dream went off.
I was really satisfied, because I thought that I got the key for entry to Jibankrishna so unexpectedly. It wasDecember 16, 1951. Saturday afternoon. The day remains memorable throughout my life. I started to meet Jibankrishna accompanied by Sudhin and younger maternal uncle (Monoj Sinha, elder brother of Sudhin). We entered into a small house at 2/1,Kali Banerjee Lane,Howrah.
As soon as we entered, I heard a sweet voice, ‘come brother Monoj, Sudhin’! I clearly understood that he is the man. Some gentlemen were seated on a cot and he was one of them. Two-three persons were seated on chairs and on the floor on a woolen body cover some persons were seated. It was a very ordinary social gathering in a winter afternoon, but compact. And among all he seemed to be an extraordinary and it was not difficult to differentiate him from others. All of us bowed down to him Sudhin gave him my introduction. He said, ‘He is my maternal nephew. I told you that I would bring him here and he saw Sri Ramkrishna in a dream. Seeing my health he seemed to be worried and came to know that I took the initiation. He expressed his disappointment saying, ‘Oh, Sudhin, your nephew is a mango packed by crows, as Thakur (Sri Ramkrishna) said?
This penetrated my heart. But later on this prejudice was wiped out by a dream. [This was like this: I was seated and reciting the hymns which I got during my initiation. But during recitation I forgot the hymns. Being worried I ran to a person who could solve this problem: He reminded me the hymn and keeping it in my memory I rushed back to my house. I woke up uttering that hymn. But realized that I was uttering the wrong hymn. After a long time somehow I remembered that hymn. Hearing this dream Jibankrishna asked me its meaning. I said, probably my prejudice was removed. He accepted].
However, Jibankrishna wanted to hear my dream and I narrated my dream seen in Allahabad. He told me, “my boy, you are directed to read The Gospel of Sri Ramkrishna Sri ‘M’ is the symbol of the gospel (As he is the writer). If you can, read it. What an amazing interpretation! I have never heard it before and even I have not seen anybody listening so attentively to another’s dream.
Then the evening was over. The light was turned off. As per his instruction everybody started meditation including himself. After the meditation was over, the light was turned on. He asked everybody whether they had any realizations. Even he asked me. But what would be my answer when I had no meditation. The reading of the gospel again started with his interpretations and different symptoms of yogas were seen in his body from time to time. Once Sudhin told me, ‘see, this is called samadhi’.
His interpretations seemed so sweet to me, but he seemed to be much sweeter. So long what have read all the yogic symptoms in the religious scriptures, I have witnessed in my own eyes here. Once all on a sudden he asked me, ‘Well can you say where God exists’? What I answered I cannot remember now, but faintly I remember that I said, ‘He is everywhere’, though this answer was not liked by him. So he again asked, ‘Well, you have said that you have seen Thakur (Sri Ramkrishna)?
I said, ‘yes’. ‘Where have you seen’? My answer was, ‘In Allahabad’. But even this answer was rejected by him. He repeatedly asked me the same question in various ways and ultimately it stood like this: I have seen Thakur in dream. The dream is seen in the brain. The brain is within the body. So I have seen Thakur in my body undoubtedly. Thakur is incarnation. The incarnation is God. So God is within the body. And this answer I had to repeat several times.
At about 9 pm the reading was stopped and we departed after bowing down to him with a divine joy and peace.
Within a few days I began to have innumerable divine dreams which continued throughout my life. I should mention here a dream which I had within a few days: I had gone to a garden which was picturesque. Seeing such beautiful garden I could not check my temptation to take a snap. So I was focusing my camera. But meanwhile the security guard came and told me that photography is prohibited except the permission of the owner. So I told him, ‘Then let me go to your master’. In the meantime the owner came out of his room – complacent appearance with white beard and well dressed. I told him, ‘If you permit I shall have a snap of your garden’. If you permit I shall have a snap of your garden’. But with a smiling face he said, ‘No my boy, don’t snap. But you see it as much as you can. The dream was off I narrated the dream to Jibankrishna and he said, ‘you have seen me and you have seen our situation’. I heard before that there was a restriction to take his snap, though prior to this dream it was out of my mind.
Rabindra Nath Tagore has written, ‘The key of the dream world is lost from this earth’, but no! We have found that key of the dream world in our life.
Diamond’s appearance after death in dreams and reality
(Translated from our Bengali magazine ‘Manikya’)
Seeing Diamond in dream after his death through Reading Centers
Mahadeb Kundu is a regular listener of Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh of India) reading center. After attending for a few days he started to have divine dreams.
Three dreams are narrated by him as such:
1) One day in the month of February, 1987, I dreamt a huge place where there was a large gathering of people of different races, religions and languages. Diamond was there to give lecture. He told me, ‘Listen, I am not going to give lecture Bengali as you can see there are people here of different languages. I shall give lecture in English’.
He started the lecture in English and continued for a long time, though nothing I could remember later on. At the end of the lecture he said and wrote on the black board, ‘Leave not the path of God.’
[The dream is self-explanatory]
2) 1st June, 1997.
I was dreaming as if I was inside a large dark room. I saw that through the hole of the window light was coming. Going near window I saw through the hole that Diamond was standing outside the window and that light was emerging from his body. Through the hole I went to him. He was holding a pack of playing cards, and he was spreading the cards in the light. In each card two lines of poems of the great poet Rabindra Nath Tagore were written like this –
“Don’t be afraid of cloud
The sun laughs behind it.”
[The dream means that after visualizing God the gloomy state of self
egoism is removed. Cloud means self-egoism and sun is God.]
3) 15th August, 1998.
I dreamt a small hut which was the small monarchy of Diamond. Here always discussions on God, devotional songs used to be held. Diamond used in a disguise. I asked ‘him, ‘I shall go to Nischintapur, but I have forgotten the right path. Can you show me the direction’? As he was sitting with his backside facing me, I couldn’t recognize him. When he looked at me, I recognized him and asked, ‘Sir, you are here’! He said, ‘I stay everywhere.’ Then he took me to Nishintapur and my dream was off.
[Here hut means the seer’s pure and simple body. Too go to Nishintapur with Diamond means the seer becomes free of anxieties when he gets God-the-Preceptor within him. ‘Nischinta’ means free from anxieties. To stay in disguise means that God is within a human body in disguise and cannot be recognized unless he wishes.]

MERGING OF DREAMS AND REALITY
19) Dream and waking condition are identical
1st September, 1999, Wednesday.
Early morning dream : First I saw that two devotees, Arun Ghosh and Souren Bhattacharjee were seated in a room. Dhiren Mondal was also present there though he went out for some works. Then I heard, somebody was telling them that hearing the news of the disturbances created due to printing of more pages of ‘Amritadhara’ in the magazine ‘Manikya’ and also due to other disturbances for its publication, Jibankrishna was shedding tears. Hearing this news I was feeling very hurt and said with a grief and sorrow, ‘See, I shall go to him and say everything to him so that he feels peace in mind. And you should know that if anyone gets real religion, he will not blame and hurt anybody. He will become calm and tolerant.’ Saying all these I was going to come out of the room and standing near the door again said, ‘And you also listen, religion does not mean the show of deformation of body’ and saying this. I copied the posture of that deformation and then came out.
The dream revealed the real incidents happening for publication issues.
20) Reflection of dream on reality
26th April, 2005, Tuesday.
At 1-00 P.M. I was on my bed and once fell asleep. Once I woke up and it was 2 O’clock and again had a sleep. Suddenly I heard a loud sound mixed with affection ‘My boy!’ It came from outside the window. The sound seemed so loud that I sprang up on the bed and wanted to say something. But with a great surprise I saw nothing. I saw the watch. It was 2-15 P.M. Getting up I started translating my own dreams and understood that God-the-Preceptor was always giving attention to my work. The sound was created in my cerebrum and reflected outside.
21) Teaching of Diamond in dream and his consolation to the seer – Dream and waking life are same
16th May, 2004.
Early morning I had to go to bathroom from bed and again came back. I had still the effect of trance and automatic recitation of the name ‘Jibankrishna’ was continuing like other days. Ultimately that recitation stopped, but I was still in trance, At this moment I had the same feeling of thought waves in my brain as it happened beforehand.
[Strangely these waves were transformed into real happenings. In this case the same incident happened]. Then I had a dream and saw that Diamond had come to me. We sat together. He was looking very jolly and joyous and it seemed as if his affection was pouring on me. We were having lots of conversations. In one moment I told him with slight complain, ‘Well, why they behaved with me in such a fashion’ (meaning the behavior of a few devotees on publishing the magazine ‘Manikya’). Hearing this Diamond kept silent for a moment and then began to say, “See my boy, ignore all those matters. And see, in my worldly life I used to say, ‘wherever I look, I feel pity’ and for this reason, in one of your previous dream I showed you that I had come to you without any tension (seen on 08.06.2002). My boy, don’t bring those affairs in your mind”.
Then I said, ‘see, so many queries come in mind, will you come from time to time and solve’? He nodded with supporting mood. I said, ‘But you have to come off and on.’ After this it was decided when he would come but it was out of my mind after I came to sense. When I woke up,
I went on thinking, what type of realization is this? – Reality? Trance? Dream? Or thought waves transforming into reality?

Elephant God—is mind in the body .
Elephant-driver—is Atma and He expresses Himself in the body in the form of consciousness .
The mind has an inclination to conduct you for enjoyment . But the mind is to be kept under control . So you should always be guided by your conscience exactly like elephant driver who controls the elephant from going astray .

God is in every man . In some men He has expressed Himself with good attributes and in some again with badness . Good is to be courted and bad is to be shunned .

One day a Brahmachari(a man with a vow of celibacy for attaining God in his own
body) came on the way .The cowherd boys warned him not to go on the way .The
Brahmachari did not hear them .He went on .The snake met him .The snake was charmed. It got its initiation from the Brahmachari. He told the snake that he would come and see it after a year . The snake became very docile. The cowherd boys noticed it. One day they took the snake by tail and dashed it repeatedly against the ground . The snake was severely hurt . It did not dare to come and again from its hole in the daytime It was reduced to a skeleton . A year rolled by . Brahmachari came back and enquired the cowherd boys about the snake. The cowherd boys replied, “The snake is dead” .Brahnachari knew that it cold not be . He went to the hole of the snake and called it. The snake came out and bowed down . The Brahmachari was much moved to see the reduced condition of the snake and asked the cause of it . The snake related the whole episode . The Brahmachari said that you should be knowing to protect yourself and added that you must be raising your hood and would hiss but you must not be biting others”.
The cowherd boys—are the passions in the body and they tend and tempt a man for enjoyment and other misdoings .
Cow—is body . The body is moved according to directions of the cowherds .
Snake—is life-power .
Brahmachari—is God-the-Preceptor .
This life-power may be conducted outside in the world or it may be diverted towards the cerebrum in the inside of the body . When the life-power is let loose in the world it runs for enjoyment . The cowherd boys are highly satisfied as they are the masters of the body .
God-the-Preceptor came and gave His grace . The God’s grace turned the life-power in the inside of the body . None of the passions would attack vehemently . At this stage you must be resisting them . God-the-Preceptor has given you His grace . You are sure to win . “When a father takes his child by his own hand, there is no fear for the child to fall down”. —-Shri Ramkrishna .

Amazing facts in Diamond’s life time
Seeing Diamond ( Jibankrishna) (in dream by a Sikh gentleman
from 500 miles distance without seeing him in reality
Mar 10, 1959
Diamond (to the listeners) – I was stunned after hearing a news from Allahabad. Some three persons at Allahabad have seen me in reality here. The rest fifty have seen me in dreams without coming to me. Among them are old, and children. Once a week they sit in a place and read the Gospel of Sri Ramkrishna. One day one Sikh gentleman asked them, ‘What do you read there’? They said, ‘There is a gentleman residing at Howrah. He has written a book on yogic interpretation of the gospel of Sri Ramkrishna and we have come to know him as God. You take this book Forward and read. That very night he read it and saw in a dream that I have gone to him and said – ‘You give lecture on religious matter and write article on newspapers but you have no idea about religion, but yet why do you do all these things? You read this Forward well and then I shall talk to you’.
After four days he again dreamed that I was walking on a sea and calling him waving my hand to follow me.
Diamond then explained, ‘The sea is Brahma (Supreme self as symbol) and I am also Brahma (God in form) so it was shown that I was walking on the sea and indicating him to follow my path.
Seeing Diamond(Jibankrishna) by womenfolks in dreams without seeing him before
August 16, 1959
Diamond discussed with the listeners about two incidents happened with two ladies who saw him in dreams without seeing him in reality.
1. One day Mr. Midde’s wife requested him, ‘You take me to the person whom you meet often’. Mr. Midde told her, ‘You are a devotee of goddess Kali, so you pray to her. She will make arrangements’. Accordingly, she prayed to goddess Kali that night and dreamt that goddess Kali holding her hand took came to me and said – here he is.
2. Arun comes to me here off and on and hears that woman folks, merely sitting at their houses see me in dreams. But he does not believe it. But he never told her mother about all these things.
One day Arun’s mother was dreaming that I had gone to her and said, I am that person to whom your son goes. So, in the morning Arun’s mother told him, ‘See, I have seen the person of Howrah to whom you go frequently. Arun asked his mother, ‘How do you know that he is Jibankrishna (Diamond)’? Arun’s mother said, ‘He gave his own introduction’. What a wonderful phenomenon, just imagine!
October 17, 1959
Radhacharan Mitra narrated to Diamond (Jibankrishna) about an incident happened with his elder sister. His narration: One day I went to my elder sister’s father-in-law’s house at Haripal (Hooghly district, West Bengal). She told me that she had seen you one day in a dream wearing shocks. Another day she saw you in her dream in a meditation posture.
Another day my mother and she came here after seeing you from outside she told me later on that you were the same person whom she saw in her dreams.
Hearing this Diamond said, ‘What a strange matter! How strong are the brains of the women that they are seeing me in dreams prior to seeing me in reality!
ONENESS THE FUTURE UNIVERSAL RELIGION
JIBANKRISHNA(DIAMOND) THE PERSONIFIED UPANISHAD
Volume-11, May, 2012
(Translated from my Bengali book ‘Upanishader pare’ or Beyond Upanishad)
Diamond - Man in the Sun as mentioned in Upanishad
June, 1958.
What a wonderful dream you saw Saila (Chakravarty)! Have you heard what has been written in Isa Upanishad? They said, ‘The man in Sun is Brahma’ (supreme one). And you have seen him! This means that you are also transformed into him. It was even written thousands of years before Isa Upanishad was written. Then these realizations have been continuing through Sruti (By memorizing). Again thousands of years after Upanishad were written we are discussion this. But what they saw in sun could not say clearly. Here, as you are seeing my form in the sun, they could not say so specifically.
I knew that they saw this form. I knew that my form exists in the sun, because that form is unchangeable. Though in Vedas what has been written was in macrocosm. Everybody thinks that form will be seen in the outside sun in the sky. For these reasons Hindus Practise ‘Tratak’ (worshiping outside sun by constant looking at the sun). But with this practice their eyes become fixed gaze or lose their eye-sight. Sri Ramkrishna also practised it for six months and he got fixed gazed eyes. See the difference! Saila has said that he has seen my form in the sun within the body and Isa Upanishad has mentioned about the outside sun.
See, I never used to read these types of books. But why I have brought these books now? A proof may be of three categories: – (1) Guessing; (2) Ascent and (3) Direct. The ascent proof is what Rishis or Great Religious Teachers have said is to be accepted and direct proof is the own realization. Your proofs are direct. Because you have seen yourselves in dreams my form. Now I am hearing that altogether 12-13 people have seen my form in the sun. These books are brought here to establish your direct proof with the ascent proof of the Vedic Rishis.
When you have seen my form in the sun, you have gained Supreme knowledge. Thereafter you have austerities of the lower planes. This is just opposite to Vedas or Tantras, when they say that flowers first and then fruits. Why flowers? To produce fruits of Supreme knowledge. Here you have got first the Supreme knowledge whenever you have seen my form within yourselves.
The state of Brahmahood or Supreme Being and all pervading state of Diamond or Jibankrishna
On 1.6.1958 Diamond says:
The Brahma or Supreme Being of Sankaracharyya in one sense is a judicial word and what has been mentioned in Astabakra Sanghita about Brahma is very interesting. They are saying, ‘Though Brahma is confined in a fixed place, all His actions are performed everywhere.’ See, I am a man. Encircling me what an amazing incident is happening, but I am confined in my own dwelling place! From different places you are coming to me and narrate your experiences. See what a wonderful quote Asrtabakra is giving! How it is tallying with our phenomenon! Sankar’s ‘Supreme Cult’ is individualistic. And Samadhi state is a kind of death. What is it’s utility? Now I have crossed the region of Samadhi. I am a living human being, and this form is within everybody. This is termed as the state of full liberation in life. In ascent state of austerity we find the individualistic Supreme Cult confined within own self. But in universalism in the state of descent how amazingly I am being manifested in so many people!
Lastly I say that Astabakra is also saying, ‘I bow to myself.’ What a wonderful quote! Brahma or the Supreme Being is a living human being. He is confined in a place and he is enveloped throughout the world.
[ Svetasvatar Upanishad has described such person as such:
The one God, hidden in all things; All pervading, the Inner Soul of all beings; The overseer of deeds, in all things abiding; The witness, the sole thinker, devoid of qualities. (6.11)

DIAMOND AND THE AMAZING FACTS ABOUT DREAMS AND REALITY
Volume – 11, May, 2012
Diamond in his life-time
My first visit to Diamond (Jibankrishna)
Radhacharan Mitra
It was the incident in 1951. Worship festival of goddess Durga was going on. It was the second day (four days festival) which is observed by millions of Bengali people to visit the idols worshipped in the whole state of West Bengal, India.
But mentally I was not feeling well. My mother told me to company my wife to visit the idols. So to obey her I had to accompany my wife and two daughters. But I couldn’t decide where to go. Suddenly I remembered my childhood friend Vijoy and so we went to his residence and along with him and his wife we went out.
We were passing through Kali Banerjee Lane of Howrah town. At a certain place Vijay stopped in front of a house and said, ‘The man sitting inside that room is a strange man. Talking about Sri Ramkrishna he often falls intoSamadhiState. Nothing is discussed in his room except the topics of god. I noticed that he was seated on his cot with his two legs hanging head downwards and his two hands were resting on his lap. It seemed as if his mind was in deep thoughts.
Later on I heard from him when a saint stays alone, he rests in Samadhi or ecstasy being united with God.
From the road with two folded hands I paid my salute to him. I was lucky as my prayer reached him. Within months in the month of December I got the opportunity to meet him. It was a difficult task that time because there were lots of restrictions to meet him for any one unless he had some realizations. And for this reason many had to wait for some time.
However, we again started walking, but I felt no encouragement to visit the idols. My only thoughts were when I would return to that residence and when I would see him again.
When we returned, it was late night and infront of that house I paid my salute to him with great devotion. This was my first visit to Jibankrishna (Diamon) on the second day (Mahastami is called). Later on I heard from him that on this particular day visualization of god or Atma occurs. Lord Krishna was born on this day (According to Hindu mythology). He told us later on, ‘I visualized Atma or great soul on this very day’.
In the month of December, 1951 on a Saturday Sudhindra Nath Sinha took me to Jibankrishna. He got prior permission from him.
When we entered into his room, somebody was reading the gospel of Sri Ramkrishna and he was giving interpretations which seemed very hard to me. I was seated on a chair after bowing to him. Suddenly he looked at me sharply. I was scared. Then he asked me, ‘Where is god my boy’? I couldn’t answer first. But when second time he asked me, spontaneously the answer came out from my mouth, ‘God is within me’. Hearing this he became satisfied and said, ‘You have a body of good capacity’. Yes, the universe is within the Atma (soul) and Atma within the human body’. I couldn’t remember anything else he told that day. At9pmalong with others I returned after bowing down to him.
Henceforth every day after office hours and Sundays I used to sit in his room. Absence for a single day seemed to me as a vacant day.
Within a few days I saw him in a dream. I saw that there was a house and Jibankrishna was also staying with us. One day after returning from his office he came home wearing a dhoti and a jeans coat with a pair of shoes with laces.
That day was his salary day, so he gave me two bundles of ten rupees note and told to me to keep one bundle with me and spend another bundle. My dream was off.
Later on I got its meaning. The notes were spiritual wealth. One bundle I shall keep, which means I shall have realizations in future and another bundle to be spent which means whomever I shall tell about him, they will see him in dreams.
Practically it proved true in the long run when many persons saw Jibankrishna in dreams after hearing his name from me.
I am now mentioning a dream seen on January 27, 1970. Early in the morning I saw in my dream a new and middle size room. The floor was recently cemented. Jibankrishna was lying on that floor with bare upper body and wearing a dhoti. I was sitting alone on the floor a bit away from him. An unknown fear was playing in my mind and I was thinking, if someone comes now I shall be relieved. But overcoming the fear I started taling. I said to him, ‘With bare body you are lying on the floor, you will be attacked by cold’. He said, ‘No, no, the floor is cold and I am liking it’. So I got some encouragement and said, ‘Have you seen the magazine Manikya which we are publishing? (In reality we started publishing this Bengali magazine since 1968 which includes the dreams, dairies and miscellaneous articles about Jibankrishna). He said, ‘yes my boy, I have seen it. It is nice’. Again I said, ‘What we have heard from you, we are trying to publish those exactly’. Hearing this he seemed to be happy with a smiling face he said, ‘It is correct’. Then he mentioned a line from Manikya. It was not remembered by me except a word ‘Transformed’ which he meant to say that this word should replace another word. I told him, ‘Then we shall omit that word and replace it by this word ‘Transformed’. But he said, ‘No, let it be, you need not omit. The dream was off.
Before ending my experience I shall mention another remarkable dream seen on March 18, 1961 where a future of America and Europe was seen.
In my dream I saw that Jibankrishna would go to London and so he was making necessary preparation. Then he approached by a cargo ship fromCalcutta. I went to see him off.
The ocean was endless and I saw the ship going far away. After a while there was a storm. But I thought when god was on the ship there would be no harm. At the same time it appeared in my mind that the Americans would come to meet Jibankrishna. The dream was then off. When I narrated this dream, he interpreted thus: ‘This indicates that in future this oneness will spread in Europe through the Americans. This is a strange dream’!
Now I have realized that my human birth is honored by getting Jibankrishna as my God-the-Preceptor by getting constant guidance in the spiritual as well as in daily life.

Diamond’s appearance after death in dreams and reality
(Translated from the magazine ‘Manik’ published from Bolpur Reading Center)
How I saw Diamond in dream before hearing anything about him
Ms. Jayanti Chatterjee of Ruppur, Birbhum district of West Bengal State, India narrated some of her dreams where he saw Diamond without hearing anything about him.
Her narration is such according to her version :
In my first dream I saw Goddess Kali blessing me with flowers in her left hand. Later on I saw an old man with clean saved head. Many old flowers were also seated there. One of them told me, ‘Do you know him? He is Jibankrishna’ (Diamond). He was laughing with joy. I was also happy and my dream was off.
In my second dream I saw that I had gone for a bath in a pond. I noticed that I had some food in my hand. I fed a cobra at the steps of the pond. But she was not becoming calm and began to make a hissing sound. As soon as I got up from my bath I got her bite on my knee. She talked like a human being and told me, ‘It was your predestined, so I bite you.’ But I felt no pain. Then I came again near the pond and saw that the same old man seen in my first dream was seated beneath a Gulmohar tree (Delonix regia). With a great joy I woke up.
[Here snake is the symbol of Kundalini or life force which was awakened by the grace of God-the-Preceptor Diamond.]
In many other dreams I saw Diamond in various ways.
One day my elder brother Sukumar was discussing with someone about Diamond. Once I heard the name of ‘Jibankrishna’ and I was perplexed. Later on I told my brother, ‘I know Jibankrishna about whom you were discussing.’ He was surprised and asked me, ‘How do you know’? I told him, ‘He often appears in my dreams.’ Next Day he took a small photo of Diamond from Jambuni and showed me. As soon as I saw it I felt a shivering and told, ‘Oh! I see him frequently in my dream!’
After this incident my mother, elder sister and father all began to see Diamond in their dreams.

MERGING OF DREAMS AND REALITY
16) Achievement of dreaming state
4th July, 1984, Wednesday. Early morning dream : I had gone to a place where I saw a very big cinema hall. I went inside and began to see the picture but everything seemed to me to be dream like.
The next day I saw in a room that an unknown person and a devotee Dhiren Mondal were seated. I told the unknown man, ‘you know that in a dream I saw a cinema in a place. When I was seeing it, everything seemed to me to be dream like. Here ended the dream.
In a previous dream seen on 20.12.1981 where I had the same experience and now again the same dream like experience I had. It shows that I am going to have the state of Vedanta’s theory ‘This world is in a dreamy state.’
17) Divine dreams and the reality are the same and the seer’s future
7th January, 1985, Monday.
Early morning dream : I observed that my own bed had become much larger than before. On one side Dhiren Mondal and on another side I was lying. Somewhere some spiritual songs were sung. I moved nearer to brother Dhiren and then and there I woke up and with a great surprise I heard that the same song was sung outside also by a singer through a mike.
[The dream clearly indicated some aspects –
(1) The seer’s spiritual body has become more powerful as the bed symbolizes the body or brain;
(2) The seer will be ‘Dhira’ (Calm) as the nameshake of ‘Dhiren’;
(3) There is no difference between reality and divine dreams and it will be in action within the body of the seer in future when whatever dreams he will have, will come true in reality.]
(This proved true in numerous cases in the long run)
18) Repetition of identical state of dream and reality
6th October, 1992, Tuesday.
After waking up from the early morning sleep I put on the switch of the tape recorder and went on listening the song on Jibankrishna (Diamond) sung by a devotee Anath Mondal. I felt sleepy and within that state I could listen that song and when in full sleep even then I could listen the same song. When I again woke up the same song was heard. This phenomenon was repeated several times. At a certain stage within the deep sleep when the song was finished, suddenly I woke up and strangely heard that simultaneously the same song was completed.
The dream clearly indicated that within the seer the realization of Vedanta i.e., dream and reality are identical has become established. It means that whatever divine dreams will be realized by the seer, these will have the effect on reality. And it came true in the long run both in microcosm and macrocosm.

36. “Yearning for God is the appearance of. Aurora. Then the sun bursts
forth. Yearning is succeeded by seeing God .”
Aurora is seen the plane whence God’s light is seen . Seeing of the sun has two aspects : —
(1) There is a hanging silk screen before your eyes and behind it is a glorious rising sun . It is the entrance to the seventh plane .
(2) Second one is Atma, God . It is the seventh plane .
37 . “ There will be a combination of three forces of attractions and they will undergo transformation into God and God will be seen .The three attraction are—(1) the attraction of the worldly man for his worldly possession.(2) the love of a mother to her child and (3) attachment of a wife to her husband.”
The three attractions are (1) this physical sheath, (2) the aerial sheath and (3) Bhagavati Tanu or the sheath made of God’s light as seen in the sixth plane .
Here the body has been divided according to the Vedas . They tally with each other and they are not different in substance, save and except, that the divisions and realizations in the Vedic system is much deeper and clearer for a man to understand the process of transformation of life-power into God .
1) The attraction of the worldly man for his worldly possessions—is body . The foremost love a man entertains is for himself i.e., he loves himself utmost and best . His soul will emanate from his body and he will losing his attachment for his own body .
2) A mother’s love for her child—is the aerial body . It comes out from the physical sheath and it is seen . What an aerial body ? In dream a man sees himself to fly . The flying body, he sees in the dream, is the aerial body .
3) Chaste wife—is the inner body made of God’s light . The body made of God’s light is ultimately transformed into God and He is seen in the seventh plane.
38 . “Mew, Mew,” cries the kitten and calls its mother and
that is its sole function”.
For seeing God, all that a man can do is to keep on praying . Shri Chaitanya always used to say ‘Krishna’! ‘Krishna’!
Thakur used to say—‘Mother ! Mother’!
Jesus used to say— ‘Father ! Father’ !
Mohammed used to say—‘Allah ! Allah’!
The realizations which are seen are spontaneous . It is called Vidwat of the Vedas . The man who is blessed with all these realizations is but a mere witness .

AMAZING FACTS ABOUT DREAMS AND REALITY IN JIBANKRISHNA’S LIFE TIME
[ In Jibankrishna’s(Diamond) life time innumerable people used to come to him for listening to his eternal sayings and yogic explanation on the Gospel of Sri Ramkrishna . He used to appear in dreams and physical body among the listeners being their God-the-Preceptor or the Holy Ghost transforming them into Brahma or the Supreme Self. But all these incidents happened without his knowledge.
A large number of people used to see him in dreams after coming in contact with him and many people used to see him in dreams and physical body without coming in contact with him or without knowing anything about him. Later on coming to him through the regular listeners they were astonished after identifying him as the same man seen in their dreams or in physical body.
But the most amazing part of this phenomenon is that, even after so many years of his death in 1967, these incidents are not only continuing but increasing day by day in different parts of India and abroad.
This article is a collection of a few incidents which are narrated in several parts.]
Part – 1
April 12, 1958
One Parsee friend of Jahangir Batliwala (He is also Parsee and was a companion of Diamond) has seen Diamond in dream without seeing him in reality. He saw another dream and got the interpretation of that previous dream. He has sent a letter to Jahangir and narrated his dreams Diamond was telling him, ‘Your aim will be fulfilled’.
Diamond told Jahangir, ‘You inform him by letter that God has blessed you. And in the first dream all fakirs, saints etc. what he saw in his dream indicated his previous births. That Fakir had some supernatural powers as were seen in his dream. However this is a good dream’.
April 26, 1958
Ravi Ganguly of Barrackpore (24-Parganas North, West Bengal) narrated one of his wife’s dream to Diamond thus: She was dreaming that Sri Ramkrishna was seated in a room with nearly twenty five devotees. There was a big photograph of Sri Ramkrishna hanging on the wall. Suddenly you came out of the photograph. What she described about the figure was the same like your form, and by her description about other devotees I understood that they were Satya Ganguly, Poritosh Nath, Ramchandra Das, but others could not be verified. ‘Diamond’ – She has seen a very strange and nice dream. And not only so, besides me she has seen many other persons of this room. Just think what a strange sportive form of god! It proves that the universe is within Atma or soul pay my regards to my mother.
August 8, 1958
Diamond asked Vinay Mukherjee, ‘How have you seen me in dream before coming here?
Vinay – When I was four years old. One night I woke up at midnight and saw three figures of multivarious colors like butterflies. Then one day at noon time I saw your tiny figure like thumb. You were looking at me with smiling face. I was then a grown up man.

Jibankrishna(Diamond) the personified Upanishad
Volume-10, April, 2012
(Translated from my Bengali book ‘Upanishader pare’ or Beyond Upanishad)
[Diamond used to discuss his lifelong divine realizations with innumerable listeners coming to his residence everyday. The discussions were mainly based on the metaphors of Sri Ramkrishna as described in Gospel of Sri Ramkrishna and it used to continue from noon to night.
These discussions and daily experiences were recorded by some listeners in their diaries and later on have been published in a Bengali magazine since 1968.These are compiled in my Bengali book ‘Upanishader pare’ and later on is translated into English. ]
What is Atma or Soul – Description of visualization
of Atma by Diamond– Its effect
Diamond narrated different stages of his visualizing Atma on different dates.
OnMarch 11, 1956, He said, ‘In the spiritual world visualizing ‘Atma’ or ‘Soul’ is the fundamental. Who will have austerity he must have the visualization of Atma. And in one era only one must have this visualization, just like Sri Ramkrishna in his era. But this is not the end. There is no end in austerity. After visualizing Atma if He wishes He performs austerity within the seer’s body. Then comes the austerity of vedanta’.
On March 11, 1956, Diamond said, ‘There is a specific age when this visualization of Atma occurs. I came to know by the grace of Sri Ramkrishna. It happens in between twenty four and twenty five years age. Sri Ramkrishna visualized Atma at twenty two – twenty three years age and in my case it was twenty four years eight months age.
If at this age it occurs then it is all right, otherwise it does not occur accurately’.
On December 21, 1961, Diamond said, ‘What is Atma or Soul?’ The whole life force of the human body including all the attributes percolates within the seventh plane, merged within Atma in finer form and visualize Atma from within Atma.’
One day in October, 1956, Diamond narrated his experience while visualizing Atma, ‘visualization of Atma occurs in lying condition when the body remains completely at rest. After visualization when my consciousness comes back, I saw myself in lying condition. I couldn’t say how long I was at this stage. After a long time I got up’.
On Februay 6, 1956, Diamond said about the path from the sixth plane to the seventh plane for visualizing Atma, ‘See there is a channel on the right side from the sixth plane to seventh plane. When the seer’s mind goes through this channel to the cerebrum Atma can be seen.
It is nobody’s job to find out this mystery unless one has the visualization of Atma in full-fledged form.’
On June 27, 1961, Diamond described his experience in visualizing Atma, ‘See, during this period, nothing can be said whether Kundalini or life force is moving upwards. The scene opens like this – Sri Ramkrishna extending his fingers and showing me Atma is saying – This is God, this is seeing of God. And I am seeing this from inside the Atma. Do you know what I was seeing? An aurora and within this there is a thumb-like place demarcated by a fine blue lining. And inside that place I am seeing a point and encircling that point some atom type particles are whirling. Next that aura turned in the back side taking the shape of the tail of a comet. At that time it can be understood that something is moving through the organ of generation, organ of evacuation, naval, heart, and throat and ultimately through the eyebrows enters the cerebrum (in between the middle and back side of the brain) and at that moment it ignites all on a sudden. But it does not take so much time as I am speaking. This happens long after visualizing Atma what happens? The passage becomes clear though during visualizing god the passage becomes clear to some extent. But this happen to clear the passage more distinctly. It cannot be understood then and there. I have understood it after a long time. Now, what is this individualistic austerity? This has been mentioned in Upanishad though not so distinctly. But when you are seeing me in dreams is it within Upanishad? No! They have correctly mentioned about me when are saying, ‘Thou art woman, thou art man, Thou art the youth and the maiden too; Thou as an old man tottering with a staff; Being born, thou becomest facing in every direction’. [Svetasvetara Upanishad 4.3]. Rishis could not mention about you. What you have achieved is beyond Upanishad – a completely new phenomenon.
[What Diamond has experienced in visualizing Atma or Soul has been mentioned in Katho Upanishad though not in such details.
It is mentioned as such:
‘A person of the measures of a thumb in the inner soul; Ever seated in the heart of creatures; He is framed by te heart by the thought by the mind; They who know that, become immortal. (Svetasvetara Upanishad – 3.13)
Again Brihad-Aranyaka Upanishad has mentioned thus: This Person (Purusha) here in the heart is made of mind, is of the nature of light, is like a little grain of rice, is a grain of barley. This very one is ruler of everything, is lord of everything, governs this whole universe, what so ever there is. (5.5.6)

Diamond in his life-time
My first visit to Diamond (Jibankrishna)
Abhaypada Mukherjee
It was the incidence in the year 1951-52. Oneday I was going to meet Khitish Chandra Roychoudhury (who was also a companion of Jibankrishna (Diamond). On the way I met Radhacharan Mitra. I was acquainted with them for a long time due to our office affair – when we reached the residence of Mr. RoyChoudhury, he was not present in his residence. His son sajal said, ‘My father has gone to the noble person’. I couldn’t understand its meaning. When I looked at Mr. Mitra, he said, ‘Do you want to go to Khitish? Come’. So he took me to the front window of a red building atKali Banerjee Lane,Howrah. Peeping through the window he said, come silently inside the room’. Entering inside the room I noticed that Khitish was in meditation. There was another gentleman, a bit older than him. Later on I came to Know that he was Jibankrishna (Diamond). He was also meditating. After the meditation was over, he wanted to know my introduction. When I was coming back he told me, ‘come again’. Then three of us came out. I was not feeling to talk anything as I was having an unnatural feeling. When I came back home, it was almost evening. At that period I used to reside at a colony of Srirampur, (Hoogly district,West Bengalstate,India). On the thrird day after my meeting with Jibankrishna, I saw a dream: The sun rises on the eastern side of a pond and Jibankrishna was seen inside the sun. On the other side of the pond a sage seen a few days ago lying on a brittle cot was drowning inside the pond. After a few days when I went to him with Khitish, I narrated my dream to him. Hearing this he almost jumped and said, ‘within, three days after coming here, you have seen me in the sun’!
Then my regular attendance started. Whenever I got time, I used to go to him. So many dreams I had after going to him, a few of which I am mentioning:
1. At Gomoh Inspector’s Room room I was dreaming that Jibankrishna along with some of his companions come and called me. I told him, ‘Wait, let me put on my ritual thread, and then I am coming.’ He said, ‘Hang it, come soon.’ So I followed him. After going to a certain distance I noticed that a huge stone was lying on he road. Unless it was displaced we could not go. All of us tried to remove it but failed. Jibankrishna said, ‘That is not your work’. Saying this with single snatch he held it above his head looking at the stone we saw that it was a globe. My dream was off.
2. I got up on a roof-top, through there was no passage to go there. Hiren and Kali used long bamboo poles fixed on their legs and got up on the roof. I approached towards a big room on one corner of the house. When I was approaching, I saw tha Jibankrishna was coming out of the room for urinating. Reaching near the door I saw that my parents were standing there (Both of them expired at that time). I told my father, ‘Ladies are prohibited to go to him.Why have hou brought my mother to Jibankrishna’? Without paying any attention to me he took my mother inside the room. I stood on one corner of the room. After returning, Jibankrishna sat on a huge cot. My parents complained against me to him, Jibankrishna asked me, ‘Hey Abhay, what am I hearing’? With my head down I answered, ‘see, whatever I earn, I hand over all to them’. Hearing it he told my father, ‘well, you will not get such good son’. Here my dream was off.
3. I had gone to goddess Kali’s temple at Kalighat (Kolkata). It was mid-night, the temple was without any visitors. After bowing to the goddess, when I looked straight, I saw Sri Ramkrishna in place of the idol. I surprisingly thought, How did it happen! I again bowed down and when I looked straight, I saw Jibankrishna in place of Sri Ramkrishna. Being overwhelmed I bowed down to him. Then holding my hand he lifted me and said, ‘oh, you are fulfilled’!

HOW CHILDREN SAW DIAMOND IN DREAMS
Banabithi Biswas (7 years old)
(Narrated by her mother)
September,2008Banabithe is 7 years old. One day she told her mother, ‘Mom, I saw an old grandfather in my dream. Being asked she told, ‘I am dreaming a rainbow in the sky and saw him sitting with folded legs inside that rainbow.’
Afterwards her mother showed her the photograph of Diamond and she said, ‘yes, I have seen him in my dream’.
Strangely she never heard anything about Diamond.
Kota, Rajasthan, India.
Ritam Roy (6 years old)
October,2007
That time Ritam was four. One day he dreamed that in the morning he was playing under a murrya plant on their portico. Suddenly he saw an old man, fair complexioned wearing a dhoti and short cut hair style and bearded. He told Ritam, ‘are you playing? You are a very good boy.’ Saying this he parted on his head. Then he woke up. Later on when Ritam saw photo of Diamond he recognized him to be the same man seen in his dream.

I saw Diamond in dreams after hearing his name
Sanjay Sen, Netaji Nagar, Kolkata
Sanjay Sen resides at Netaji Nagar, Kolkata. On 1st July, 1971, (after Diamond's demise in 1967) he went to Mr. Dhiren Roy, a devotee of Diamond and heard many things about Diamond from him. After then upto 2nd July he felt very gloomy and could not pay attention to his work. On 2nd night Sanjay saw in a dream that he was going to visit Kedarnath (Hindu sacred place). After crossing Gupta Kasi he walked alone leaving other companions behind. Kedarnath was only 6 miles away. Suddenly I noticed that Dhiren uncle was accompanying him going on one side of the road he saw that the river Alakananda was well below their spot. All on a sudden Dhiren uncle pushed him down. While falling, he saw a tiger standing on a place of the hill. But strangely his body was resembling a tiger while the head like Buddha. While falling down further he saw a lion standing on another place of the hill, but his head was like Swami Vivekananda. Then further down he saw an elephant whose head was like Sri Ramkrishna. He was still falling down and just at the point of falling in the water, he saw a tall and stout holy man emerging from inside the water and standing in the water up to his knees, held Sanjay on his lap and came out of the water. He wore dhoti and a long coat but completely dry as if he was not at all inside the water. He had fair complexion with back brush hair, sharp nose. Holding Sanjay’s hand he started walking along the bank of the river. Within a short moment as seen as he recovered from the shock of his falling down, he found no trace of him. Sanjay was alone then, and the dream went off. The whole day Sanjay felt joyous and peaceful.
After a few days when Sanjay narrated this dream to Dhiren uncle, he showed him a photo of Diamond. And what a surprise! The same man appeared in his dream! Though the photo was of his old age and bald headed. The man in the dream was middle aged and with hairs on the head. Perhaps he saw Diamond at his middle age in his dream.

MERGING OF DREAMS AND REALITY
14) Dream and Reality became identical
6th August, 1979, Monday.
Early morning dream : I heard that Diamond had again come back to his residence at Kadamtala, Howrah. I was ever whelmed with joy. It was seeming to me that Diamond again reappeared after his physical death. But everything seemed nomal to me and as usual I went to Diamond’s room, had some conversations with him and then came back as if the next day again I would go to him. At that moment I had a feeling that leaving everything I should spend my days with Diamond only.
Then I had a break in my sleep and within a short while had a trance and again had a feeling that when Diamond had come back, I would not go to school to-day. I was feeling then the existence of Diamond at his residence at Kadamtala and the whole incidident was seeming real to me. But at that moment I actually woke up from sleep.
[This dream indicates that reality and dream is becoming identical to me and this feeling is going to be stable in my body. Moreover I had an experience of getting accompaniment of the Holy Ghost after a long gap. And after thirty years, such situation came when leaving all professional fame and work I had to spend days after doing work for Diamond].
15) Stability of dreaming State in the body
20th December, 1981, Sunday.
Early morning dream : The scene opened with a nice town, well arranged with everything like roads, paths, houses etc. It was then raining cats and dogs. The roads were drowned under water though the feet were not drenched. I wore sandals and went on walking and walking. In some places I saw mud but went on walking on that and thought that after going back home I would wash my legs with water.
After a while I set on the front steps of a beautiful and huge milky white building. It was like University building of Kolkata. I sat silently there. Then I noticed that an old devotee Sudhindra Nath Sinha was going to the residence of another devotee Raghunath Sen at Taltala, Kolkata. I told him, ‘you please take some food, there. I am giving it to you.’ Saying this I gave him some food. He went to Taltala with that food. Then I was seated there in a dreamy state. Everything was seeming to me like dreams. At this moment I saw a senior devotee Jitendra Nath Chatterjee coming to me. Quoting the reference of Sudhin Sinha I said to Jiten Chatterjee, ‘see, I can’t understand whether I saw him either in dream or in reality. You are also seeming to just like dream.’ Just at that moment Raghunath Sen came from somewhere and said, ‘See, I use to say that he (about me) is passing through a higher stage, but this will pass away and he will be in normal condition.’ Then the dream went off.
The dream is self explanatory.

Volume -10, April, 2012
MARCH—-1882
Place :—Temple of Dakshineswar . 32. “ First get your hand besmeared with the oil of divine consciousness and then set your hands to other work in the world “
Oil—is the symbol of Bhakti in the first instance .
Oil—is Chaitamya or Divine Consciousness in the second instance . The last symbol of Chaitanya is honey ; and Chaitanya itself looks like a brilliant red light . The oil of divine conscious-ness is Chaitanya, that is , Tattajnan (no ego-consciousness but a perpetual consciousness of God).
For a man to live in this state is merely to live for speaking about the manifestation of God already realized and seen and furthermore to witness God’s all other sportive forms which are to come .
33 . “If you like to have butter, then you let milk set into curd in a by-place.
If milk is shaken every now and then, it won’t turn into curd .Next ,you
set aside all other work, sit alone in a secluded retreat and before the
sun rises you must churn milk. Then only butter may he had”.
Butter—means God, Atma .
Let milk set into curd in a by- place—means to be along . The mind is to be withdrawn from the world and to be kept confined in the body . You must not see such thing, touch such thing and hear such voice as may agitate your mind and create the least disturbance in your blood . If these bindings are not rigidly observed then milk will not turn into curd .
Before the sun rises—means within 25 years . In full-bloom-youth, (i.e., 25 years) the butter comes out the body must be in an unsullied condition, both inside as well as outside ; the age must be within twenty five ; you must be giving away the body i.e., you must be separating from the body and get your animal life transformed into God and for good .
Kundalini or life – power is the churning rod . She makes her way into the cerebrum and by soft dancing softens the cerebrum making room for God and ultimately God comes out .
34 . “If the butter is placed in water of the world then it will not mix
But it will keep on floating”.
This state is obtained in Tattajnan when no ego-consciousness exists and divine consciousness of ‘Thou’ and ‘Thou’ predominates .
35 . “Is there any possibility of seeing God”?
Yes God with form and without form is seen in multifarious aspects . Its start is to see and get God-the-Preceptor (Satchidamananda Gura) in the body .
You adore a certain form and ascribe the form to God . God will assume the form and He will appear to you with the form . It is seeing God .
God-the-Preceptor is showing you the Atma, God . It is seeing God .
The world is seen within the Atma, God . It is seeing God . Thi8s Universe is again changed into a seed . It is seeing God . The seed in its turn again changes into a dream . It is seeing God .
Next succeeds the unknown and unknowable region . Here comes a temporary lull in the realization as no-ego-consciousness rules or exists .
Again when consciousness comes back it is divine consciousness and it cries out . “Not I, but thou ! Thou !”
“My friend, I go to seek out my own self but I cannot”—Sri Ramkrishna .
This ‘Thou’ takes a form and flares up like a meteor emitting brilliant and light . And again starts the seeing of God .
Then comes the visualization of Descent . The divine consciousness is coming down with forms and they are seen . It is called the Descent of Chaitanya .
Next, the manikin, Manus Ratan, is seen . It is succeeded by God’s sports and the Absolute and vice-versa—the two termini aspects of the very same thing . Here is also seen the sportive forms of God . It is also seeing of God . ‘There is no end of it‘.

The mystery of Jibankrishna’s photo
[Jibankrishna or Diamond, remains a great mystery in the world history by his supernatural activities on spiritualism.
Being born in May, 1897 at Howrah Town, West Bengal, India experienced divine realizations and ultimately visualized Atma or Supreme Soul at the age of 24 years 8 months after getting Sri Ramkrishna as his God-the-Preceptor at 12 years 4 months age, and as a result, was transformed into Supreme Soul. This proof was established by the fact that he was seen by myriads of people in dreams, trances, meditations and even in physical body without his knowledge. Thereafter, coming to him they recognized him as the person seen in dreams.
The most amazing part of this phenomenon is that, even after 44 years of his death innumerable people are seeing him in the same, way and after seeing his photo they identify him to be the same person seen in dreams etc.
Being appeared within the human race Jibankrishna becomes their God-the-Preceptor or the Holy Ghost transforming them into superior self and establishes oneness among the human race, irrespective of races, religions, sexes and ages.
I am now presenting a very amazing incident about Jibankrishna’s photo which was narrated by one of his followers Radhacharan Mitra and later on published in the Bengali magazine ‘Manikya’. Here is its translation : In the month of September – October of 1951 I first met Jibankrishna. That was the second day of the goddess Durga worship festival. Thereafter, I used to go to him almost everyday after my office hours.
Almost five years have passed. Once it came in my mind that his photo is required for the future when in his absence people can identify him through his photo after seeing him in dreams and other states.
This thought always used to penetrate me how to have his photograph and so I discussed with some of my friends in the room. Though they were of the same opining, but could not come to any conclusion, because we observed that no body could work anything against his will even to offer anything at our own expense. He disliked and never allowed all these things.
Once the same discussion was made in his room about taking his photograph, but he said, ‘once one man came to me to take my snap but I told him, that in that case I will not survive’. So he left that attempt.
Mr. Khitish Roychoudhury dreamt that Jibankrishna was telling him, ‘Whenever you want you can see me in dreams’ (this happened in his case).
So gradually, this idea faded away. But from time to time this thought used to be prominent, but nothing I could do.
Once I thought, well, he went to London once, so there must be a photograph in the passport. Though it would be an old photo, but still there is no harm. I felt very happy thinking that at least there was a hope.
Now how to search for it? And moreover, he should not know it.
The question came who possessed his passport? At last after discussion with friend Kali I approached in this matter.
Jibankrishna was brought up by his maternal aunt. So his maternal brother Manik Bose was approached without giving any hints to him about our intention.
After a few conversations with him about this matter he informed us that Jibankrishna’s passport was there but without his photo which was perhaps picked up from the passport.
We became surprised and at the same time felt a great sorrow.
Later on I began to realize that was there any necessity of having a photograph? Jibankrishna is in our heart always. He is the great Soul or Atma or Superior Self. So he is immortal and moreover he told Khitish in dream, ‘whenever you wish you can see me.’ So ultimately this intention faded away.
A few months passed. One day in the early part of 1956 one of my friend Sibu came to my house to take a few snaps. He had a studio (Bengal Studio) at Kadamtala, Howrah.
I told him about taking a snap of Jibankrishna after giving his introduction. Accordingly one day he came to the residence of Jibankrishna at Kedar Deuti Lane, Kadamtala and made a survey how to take the snap. But he couldn’t come to any conclusion hoe to take the snap. So one day I took him to Jibankrishna and introduced him with Jibankrishna keeping secret about taking his snap.
Like others Jibankrishna welcomed him saying, ‘come my boy, come, sit down! Have you read the Kathamrita (The Gospel of Sri Ramkrishna)? Had you have any dream’?
Sibu often used to go to him and plan how to take his snap. Everyday he used to take his own costly camera, but couldn’t do anything.
About six months passed on. One Saturday in the month of May – June, 1956 after 7 pm., the Ramnam (songs on Ramchandra of the great epic Ramayan) started. Monoj Sinha was the singer. This was the usual practice and during that time Jibankrishna used to have meditation.
To-day also as usual before meditation he the listeners, ‘Those who want to meditate have it, the rest join the Ramnam.
After this he sat on the cot with folded legs and putting his two hands on his lap fell in deep meditation with closed eyes.
The song started and some were deeply engaged in Ramnam and some in meditation. Some were only listening.
Jibankrishna seated east-facing was in deep meditation. His body was covered with mosquitoes but he had no outward sense.
Just at that moment Sibu entered the room with his camera. Some saw him but couldn’t understand anything. In the meantime he came in the midst of the room and pressed the shutter of his camera. The light flashed for a second and he almost rushed out of the room. Then hastily he reached his studio, and entered into his dark room. After developing the negative he was puzzled and overwhelmed with surprise. What a great mystery! In the negative he saw that both the eyes were opened. He was confused. Was it that Jibankrishna’s both eyes remained open at that time? But it couldn’t be. He saw that Jibankrishna was in deep meditation with both his eyes closed. He had no outward sense at that time.
He thought later on that everything is possible for such type of noble man or great Saint and this remains mystery with him throughout his life.
However, after 2-3 days of this incident I saw that Jibankrishna became ill. He became very weak and speechless. Everybody was looking at him with gloomy faces with a hope that he would be all right within a few days, I became very nervous and felt guilty. That very night I saw a dream. I saw a beautiful garden, full of flowering plants. There was a narrow morum garden path and a bit away there was a temple. I was roaming there along with one of my friend and photographer Mr. P.K. Bose with a hanging camera. In the meantime we saw that JibanKrishna was coming toward us, wearing dhoti and Punjabi. His complexion was very bright with a smiling face.
I told Bose, ‘Now take his snap’. But it seemed as if he heard our conversation and so he said,
‘No my boy, don’t take my snap, then I won’t live’. Just at that moment my dream was off.
I became very frightened after this dream. In spite of Jibankrishna’s instruction I organized to take his snap and I should not be forgiven. My mind became depressed very much and couldn’t decide what to do. With such mental condition I was not willing to go to Jibankrishna and I thought that I was responsible for all these matters. For some days I couldn’t talk to anybody. I went to Sibu’s studio with an idea of destroying the negative. But I heard that he was attacked by typhoid severely. Hearing this news I got lost. I began to feel a great uneasiness. If Sibu could not be recovered, I would be responsible. So without any delay I went straight to Jibankrishna and saw that he was recovering gradually. He had smiling face and was seated on his cot. Seeing me entering into the room with an unusual manner, he asked very affectionately, ‘sit my boy! Are you well? Have a dreamt anything? What a strange thing! He came to know everything! I was so ashamed and sorry that I became motionless speechless. He said again, ‘Tell my boy, tell whatever you have seen in dream’! So I narrated my dream. Hearing this he only smiled and the reading continued. I thought that accordingly to his will the snap was taken and where was my part? Unless he wished, this photograph could never be taken, and the proof was that he was in meditation with closed eyes, but when the negative was made these were found opened and the book was so bright and penetrating. So all my doubts were gone. Afterwards we saw that Sibu was gradually recovered. In consultation with him it was decided that negative should be preserved very carefully and it should not be printed at present it should be preserved for future.
This photo is now available and numerous people now-a-days identify the person in their dreams, trances and reality with this photograph, even after forty four years of his demise.
[This was the last photo of Jiabnkrishna and another attempt failed to take his photograph when he was in Puri in 1962-63 along with some followers. A companion Jiten chatterjee took many varieties of snaps at Puri and also took his snaps. But amazingly when the negatives were made it was found that except his images all other snaps were successful. This still remains mystery and unexplained. – Dr. Dipak Kr.Pramanik]
ONENESS THE FUTURE UNIVERSAL RELIGION
ONE AND ONENESS(Abstract)

Difference between Avatar or incarnation and Universalism
Sri Ramkrishna says, ‘An Avatar is for a devotee and not for a man of knowledge’.
Here Sri Ramkrishna makes a partition between man and man being guided by the idea that the disposition of the mankind is divided into two sections as some are emotional and some are rational.
The Vedic principle differs. The Vedas offer oneness for the whole humanity. Not unlike sunshine it is distributed bearing the nature of automation.
Many a time Sri Ramkrishna declared that an Avatar is for a devotee whereas there was no room for an Avatar in the Vedanta.
Yes, the difference lies herein that Avatarism is confined in an individual life whereas the Vedanta is universal. Avatar canot prove his own identity of Avatar whereas the Universalism of the Vedanta is a de facto data proved by the human race.
Avatar sets up an idealism – ‘give up wealth and woman’, – ‘Give up everything and follow me’, – ‘Be perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect’ – but nobody could follow or achieve it.
‘ONENESS’ is a free gift. There is no forbidden fruit in the Vedanta as every member of the human race has got equal right to taste and to start life a new in harmony with the rest under its cool shade in the scorching heat of a tropical sky.
The difference between individualism and Universalism
In individual experience an aspirant after visualizing god becomes God but as his Godhood remains confined in him and furthermore itis indistinct and it fails to bring satisfaction even so far as it may be looked upon as a passing ideas as no substantiation of it follows: so Sri Ramkrishna was of opinion that ‘ego’ or ‘I-ness’ never dies and his instruction was to pass one’s days by becoming a servant to god but of course in imagination as no god would come to him to partake of the food offered to him.
Yes, ego or ‘I-ness’ gets extinct when universalism follows after attainment of god-hood.
‘I am all the humanity’. ‘One’ remains and there is no ‘Two’.
Natural death of the individual ‘Ego’ or ‘I-ness’ follows and in the language of Sri Ramkrishna ‘the rascal’ is gone and gone for good leaving the universal ‘I’, in eternal ambrosia and in the language of Swami Vivekananda establishing this Universal ‘I’ in an ‘Eternal Bliss’.
DIAMOND AND THE AMAZING FACTS ABOUT DREAMS AND REALITY
Volume – 9, April, 2012
Diamond in his life-time
I saw Jibankrishna (Diamond) in dream before seeing him in reality
Panchanan Bag
Panchanan Bag narrated his experience thus: For a long period I had been getting the company of monks and saints and had a great urge to read religious books. I am not a scholar or well educated. I am merely a mechanic of an iron foundry on daily wages. I got no opportunity to study. But God has no special affinity for anyone. To Him all are same. And I got the proof like this.
It was in the year 1956. Madan Koley was our neighbour and we were acquainted with each other to some extent. But I got his real introduction one night at a grocery shop. Sitting in that shop he was reading a book. It was ‘Sri Sri Ramkrishna Kathamrita’ (The gospel of Sri Ramkrishna). Sometimes he was giving explanations.
Being curious I stood aside. These seemed to be very new explanations with which I was not accustomed. So I debated with him. But brother Madan was so strong in explaining the matter that I became greatly astonished and thought how and where could he learn that a man becomes god? Heaven is an imagination the meaning of all the idols has an esoteric meaning!
However, he told me, ‘If you wish, you can come to Kedar Deoti Lane (Howrah). Jibankrishna (Diamond) resides there.’
For a few days his request was churning in my mind. But one night I saw a dream where brother Madan indicating an old man was saying, ‘He is God!’ My dream was off.
After this dream I couldn’t hold my patience. Within three days I went to Kadamtala and from outside I saw Jibankrishna and became amazed seeing him to be the same man seen in the dream.
So far as I remember that was Saturday, but could not remember the exact date. it was monsoon time. One gentleman (Later on I came to know him as Manoj Sinha) was singing the devotional song on Rama of Ramayana. The room was fully packed with listeners sitting even in the outside corridor. His cot was also full of listeners. In between them Jibankrishna was in meditation. Without looking anywhere pushing the crowd I entered into the room. I was scared about anybody’s objection, but nothing happened.
After a long time when the song was finished, some listeners came out, and somehow his look fell on me. He called me by waving his hand as if I was very familiar to him. He said, ‘sit here. You are a very simple man. You will get the Truth’. Hearing this I was overwhelmed with joy and bowed down to him touching my head on the floor. Patting on my head he told me, ‘If you ever dream, remember it’. The I returned home with brother Madan saturated with great divine joy and satisfaction.
After 2-3 days I had another dream: Some people were singing devotional songs in front of an earthen house. I had full beard and wore the dress of vaisnaba cult. I was also dancing with them uttering the words, ‘will there be no photo of my Lord? Won’t you take his photo? His photo will be created automatically’. Pointing out Jibankrishna, whom I saw enjoying the song, I was telling everybody, ‘His photo will be created automatically’. Then I saw my own brother Samatul. He was distributing two chapattis (Flat thin disc like food made of flour) to each house. And I was continuously singing, ‘Won’t you take his photo? His photo will automatically be created’. Then my dream was off. After hearing my dream later on he told me, ‘This dream is indicating your future life’.
[But the most interesting part of the dream was that, he never wanted to have his photo. But miraculously without his knowledge someone took his snap and that was printed after his demise. During taking of snap he was in samadhi state.]
Diamond’s appearance after death in dreams and reality
(Translated from Bengali magazine ‘Manik’published by Bolpur Reading Center)
Seeing Diamond in dream after his death through Reading Centers
Nitya Gopal Rudra
Part – 2
Nitya Gopal Rudra saw Diamond in dreams after listening to the reading of Diamond’s book ‘Religion and Realization’ and thereafter through him his mother, wife and daughter also saw Diamond in dreams getting him as their God-the-Preceptor.
His mother narrated her experience thus :
I dreamed that I entered into a room. I saw my son-in-law Nikhil was seated nakedly, though he did not resemble Nikhil. Seeing me he said, ‘I am waiting for you, why are you so late?’ I felt a bit surprise and though I didn’t know anything where he would go and what was the reason. So why he was angry? Here my dream went off.
Afterwards seeing the photo of Diamond she told her son Rudra that Nikhil seen in dream resembled Diamond. Nikhil means infinite. Diamond is infinite ad why so late? As she got Diamond as her God-the-Preceptor at the last stage of her life.
Rudra’s wife narrated her dream as such : I saw in my dream that Diamond was calling me saying, ‘come and visualize Atma’ (Soul or God’s light). I followed him for a long time through a forest and at last reached a place beneath a wood apple tree. I told him, ‘why? You did not show me Atma?’ He said, ‘there it is. Look at the sky. What are you seeing?’ I said, ‘I am seeing luminous sky.’ Then he said, ‘Now you have to take a seed. Go to my mother, you will get it there? I could not see him any more. I approached and after a while I saw a broken old hut. Again I heard the voice of Diamond. He was telling his mother, ‘Mother, give them the seeds’. A widow came out of the hut and handed over to me two paper packets. Opening the packets I saw with surprise that these contained the seeds of cucumber, peas, ridge-gourd etc. My dream then went off.
In the dream it signifies that the seer saw the luminous sky which is a form of Atma and is seen in the fifth plane. A seed signifies that the universe is endless and at the same time it is like a seed as described in Upanishads.
Rudra’s daughter Sunandita narrated one of her dream as such :
In reality, my aunt, uncle and I went for a tour at Ramtek Gumpha of Gangtok. We saw that all the lamas of the Gumpha were males. In my dream I saw that we had gone to the place. But instead of male lamas we noticed that all the lamas were females. They were showing us everything. Gradually it became night. The started studying inside the mosquito net in electric light in a room and standing on one side of the room we were watching their activities.
Suddenly we heard the ring of a bell outside the door and a rope attached with all the mosquito nets was stretched. All of them came out of the nets. We saw that Diamond entered into the room. He wore a dhoti (a long white piece of cloth) and his forehead was marked with sandalwood paste. One of the lamas told us that he was selected as their Preceptor. I became very happy, though I had the idea that they select two years old child as their Preceptor. According to their belief, their previous Preceptor after getting instruction through dreams writes everything in a letter and then expire. After two years the letter is opened and read about the place where the previous Preceptor is born. And according to the instruction the Preceptor is selected. However, Diamond marked on my forehead with the sandalwood paste and said, ‘a young lama fell sick and he had to go for his treatment. You also come with me.’ So I went with him and saw that he was sleeping on a small cot. He was a foreigner. Both of us holding the cot took him to hospital and dream was off.
Lama signifies the Preceptor after taking rebirth. Diamond is God-the-Preceptor of every human being, but he is eternal and there is no question of taking rebirth.

MERGING OF DREAMS AND REALITY
10) Merging of reality and dream
10th March, 1979, Sunday, Place : Kalimpong.
Early morning dream: Binay Mukherjee, a devotee was standing in front of me. Some discussions were going on and once I said, ‘I am going to have deep meditation and saying this I was going to be dissolute, my sleep became lighter and during this half awakening condition it was seeming to me that my body became paralyzed, though forcibly I drag my mind to reality and then I was fully awakened.
11) Merging of dream and reality
27th March, 1979, Tuesday.
In the midnight in my half awakened condition I felt that the word ‘Bhagwan’(God) was continually and spontaneously uttered in my mouth. How long it continued that was not remembered, but it seemed to me that this was happening in an awakened condition. But actually when I fully awakened I realized that it was my dream or trance.
The sense of difference between dream and reality is going to be annihilated within the seer.
12) The dream seemed to be real
March, 1979.
A few days after the previous dream, I had early morning dream :
I was sleeping in one of the lower floor room of my residence. Suddenly in the early morning my cousin brother was pushing the door shouting, ‘Get up! Get up!’ It was so loud that I hastily got up and went to open the door but immediately realized that it was a dream and nobody was outside.
I again went to bed, and in a trance it flashed in my mind – Oh! The name of my brother was Suprabhat, means good morning! Then it was carrying some good senses! Then I woke up.
13) Merging of dream with reality
1st week of August, 1979.
As I could not have a nice sleep in the first half of night, at the end of very late night I felt sleepy and in a trance saw that a very senior devotee Dvijendranath Roy of Ghatsila of Bihar (Now Jharkhand) was narrating some facts. Within the trance I was telling him ‘I could not hear it properly as I am feeling very sleepy. After the sleep I shall hear it properly.’ All the facts seemed to me to be a real one. But actually when I woke up from sleep, I realized – Oh! I was dreaming so long!
The dream means that I have grown this sense that reality and dream are identical as per Vedanta.

29. “Always remember God and talk His glories”.
Shri Chaitanya always used to repeat the name of God, Krishna, (Nobody knows the real name of God . Aseribe any name to God and pray with sincerity and the response is sure to come.
You will find that God will come out in the form as described by you and He will talk with you). This continuous repetitions of God’s name will bring the tongue in touch with the roof of the palate.
This soft hurt between the tongue and the palate will create and start Yoga—transformation . God is in the body in a dormant condition. He is to be awakened ; in other words, manifestation of God may come in this way . There are two points in the body from where the transformation may start . Softly to clap one’s hands and utter God’s name or to repeat God’s name and thereby the tongue will continually touch the roof of the mouth . “Both in the morning and evening repeat God’s name by clapping your hands”—Shri Ramkrishna.
30 . Every now and then pay a visit to God’s devotees or holy men”.
Who is a holy man ? By a single utterance of God’s name the man who gets himself transformed into God is a holy man . In meditation a man is transformed into God but it is a slow measure . To be transformed into God at every moment denotes perpetuity to remain in the state of being God .
The man who has seen God is also a holy man but not in full measure .
Who is a devotee ? The man who manikin form of God (Manus Ratan)—vide, fore ward, Page 34) in him and carries the Manus Tatan all along his body is a devotee.
God is in the body, and in the body He Himself assumes the form of a devotee and repeats the name of God by clapping His hands . And here, God, God’s name, and the devotee meet, unite and become a triad (Avatar) .
31. “A maid in the household of a rich man is very particular to do her duties but her mind is fixed on her own home in the native village .”
Maid—is body .
Household of a rich man—is this world .
Own home—is God .
You are a mere spectator and passerby in this world of grandeur and you should be remembering that you have come from God and you belong to God and you must return to God .

A letter to my pen friend
[When I was a college student, I had a Danish pen friend John Just Andersen though he was much older than me. During that time I used to go to Jibankrishna. I had several correspondences with him about the mysterious phenomenon encircling Jibankrishna. This is one of those letters.]
Howrah
April23, 1960
To
Mr. John Just Anderson
Bradevej, Seest pr. Kolding, Denmark.
My dear brother John,
I offer innumerable thanks for your last letter received by me duly but at the same time. I like to lay down the following lines for your personal opinion and remark as well as for opinion of the expert psychologists of your country. The matter may please be placed before them and their opinion and remarks may be taken and I may be duly informed about it.
Some innumerable people including men, women and children of all ages see a particular man in dream, in meditation, in trance and also in awakened condition. Nay, not only that, it so happens that whoever comes in contact with him, sees him to instruct about religion either in one or more or in all the four items.
The case is so with the Hindus, the Moslems, the Parsees and the Christians. It transpires that a man belonging to any religion of the world, if comes in contact with him, he shall be seeing him to instruct religion in one way or more in others.
The occurrences take place in the following ways :
Those who come in contact with him see him in dreams etc.
(1)The womenfolk and the children after hearing about him from their husbands or any relative or any neighbor even, they see him in all the four ways as mentioned above.
(2)There are some people who without hearing about him or without seeing him, get him in dream or in trance, or in meditation or in awakened condition, even in some cases as a man alive and get instructions about religion.
(3)Furthermore, we got a report that one gentleman after coming to him declared that he saw him in this very posture some 50 years ago while he was merely a boy of 10 years old and the man who is referred here to was 15 years old; and to add to it a good number of people, who have seen him now, saw some 30, 20, 15, 10, 7, 5 and 2 years before they come in contact with him and even in the very night before the day he came to him.
To all intents and purposes, it appears to me to be mysterious and a wonder. He even does not know the cause how this happens when we approach him to solve the problem he says that he does not know. The thing happens so far he knows and it transpires that he is sincere in his declaration. All these things are happening clearly and distinctly with a large number of people for the last 19 years. Otherwise it appears that the thing has its start with him when he was a boy of 15 years old and evident corroborates the fact. I am citing here a particular incident from the West which happened 19 years ago during the World War II, in the hard winter of December, 1939. A Frenchman, Paul Adam by name, who was a commander of the Machine Gun Division in the Maginot Line and he was overpowered with the fear of sure and imminent death due to onrush of the Germans and in the night he dreamt this Gentleman, who spoke to him “you will never die in the battle” and directed him “to come to India after the war is over.” In fact, since 9 years, this Frenchman is here in India and now a Professor of French in the Mithila Institute. This Frenchman came to this gentleman who is the Living figure of all these wonderful happening on the 11th December, 1958 and narrated the above dream to him and he recognized the gentleman.
The person who is the centre of this rare happening is a living old man leading a very simple and ordinary life of retirement and never goes anywhere out of his residence. The main striking feature is that he always teaches about religion to us in dreams, in trance, in meditation and in awakened condition as a living man in our own home. When we meet him be talks only about religion, religion, religion or God, God, God and nothing else as it transpires God first, God last and God for ever and nothing else.
Really I shall be thankful if this thing is clarified by the expert psychologists of your country – how these mysterious observation by thousands of men are made and what about this man?
The old man does not permit his photo to be taken and it is not available in home or anywhere else. In special dreams of the two gentlemen, it is forbidden to take his photo.
All that is solicited is an early reply and again thanking you.
Yours brother in love,
Dipak Pramanik
Kolding
May1,1960.
Dear brother Dipak,
Thank you ever so much for your very interesting letter, about the mysteries of other people seeing the religious man in dreams. As a matter of fact, I am not able to tell you anything about what Danish expert Psychologists are saying about this problem, but I may be later on. I am very much interested in the thoughts of your superman, and I shall not be in the least astonished, if one day I shall be able to see either him or the Lord Christ. As I may have told you before I know a lot of the Indian way of thinking, and all these things are very familiar to me, and I think that it is so because in one or more of my former existences I had been an Indian. This is the only way that I can explain my strong interest for India and the Indians, and that I do not get surprised, when you tell me this or that about the things you have been seeing in a vision. I have had the same feeling myself not so long ago, when in the night I felt that my dead father heard my prayer and came to my bed in order to strengthen my mind……
All our best wishes to our brother

What is grace of God
Sri Ramkrishna says, ‘To render services to the cause of the humanity without having the least selfish motive is required for visualizing God.
To start with another saying of Sri Ramkrishna where he spoke out to an eminent and well respected devotee of high order, ‘well, with all your exertion and attempts god cannot be visualized without His grace’.
Grace means spontaneous revelation which is tantamount to the vedic principle – ‘god flourishes in his body wherein He desires to manifest?
Another of Sri Ramkrishna’s speech is added here which bears the same character as grace: ‘If God, out of His grace, frees Himself from the body then there is liberation’. To render services to the humanity is the noblest pursuit but with all its best it will not enable a man either to visualize god or to attain godhood.
Innumerable are the examples from the days of yore and up to the date where we find the noblest spirits of the mankind laid down their wealth, life and everything dear to them for the services to the humanity but all these did not enable them to attain this ‘Paravidya’ – the spontaneous establishment of oneness which this Vedic truth creates, evinces and distributes through the agency of the five elements. Here it is spoken of the effect and not the process with their scientific proof of minute character. But effect is to be accepted as cause. There is no agency in the world which may enable a man to visualize god or to attain godhood, i.e. ‘Para Vidya’ of the Vedas save and except by automation…..
Rebirth – The line of heredity
….Swami Vivekananda opines – ‘According to some particular schools of the Vedantists there is no rebirth. But rebirth does not speak of the ‘Immortality of the self’. The line of heritage carries along with it the data of ‘Immortality of the self’ as it is transmitted from father to son and so on. Here also the Vedas announced:-
“Atma passes through the line of heredity as it is immortal”.
Why does Atma do so? The perfect manifestation of ‘Atma’ lies in establishing ‘oneness’ in the midst of the humanity and till it is achieved it is to run on.
Well, another question crops up. What will follow then? The reply is a very simple one. The world has not yet reached the stage. The humanity has got to wait to attain it and then the result will be read.
DIAMOND AND THE AMAZING FACTS ABOUT DREAMS AND REALITY
Volume – 8, March,2012
Diamond in his life-time
My first visit to Diamond (Jibankrishna)
Sudhindra Nath Sinha
Part-2
After ten days when I went to Jibankrishna, I had a stock of a dream. Being asked by him I narrated my dream thus. As if I had gone to eh room of Sri Ramkrishna at Dakshineswar temple. Many devotees were seated on the floor. Sri Ramkrishna entered into another adjacent room from that room. Without looking at anybody as soon as I introduced one of my leg through the door, my dream was off. Hearing my dream he said, ‘The beginning is good’.
After the completion of reading at night I came out like a drunken man.
After a few days I had this dream. The combined male and female form was seen. The root of my spinal cord became sensitive and put me in sitting posture. The life force began to move upwards through ‘Susumna’ nerve.’ The dream was off. For a few days some addictions captured me for meditations. Both reality and dream became merged for a few days.
One strange thing I should mention now. About eight years before I first met him after the demise of my mother I went to some sacred places of Himalaya. But after coming in contact with some saints I got no satisfaction and came back. Sitting alone in a lonely room the thoughts of Sri Ramkrishna automatically came in my mind and I had a confirmed belied that surely god had appeared on earth and this might be nearby. Unknowingly my mind searched for him with great urge. During this moment one night I had a vision in a dream. A road enlightened by moonbeam appeared before me. From it a branch narrow road emerged which took my view in front of a room of a house. That room was half illuminated, filled with f few people listening to the reading of ‘the gospel of Sri Ramkrishna’ and discussions were going on about him. Then that vision disappeared. After a few days that vision faded away. During the period when India got freedom in 1947, I again saw the same vision in a dream. When I went to Jibankrishna for the fourth time in 1951, on my way back at night suddenly that vision flashed in my mind and I realized that the same road and room of Jibankrishna I saw in my vision previously. Next day when I went to Jibankrishna, he told me, ‘Do you want to say something? Wait for sometime’. When everybody left except Basanta Chattejee, he asked me about my dream and I narrated to him my previous vision. Hearing this yogic symptoms were expressed in his body and due to the enormous force of life power of his body he began to jump from time to time in a sitting posture and he roared, ‘yes my brother, this is the place which you have seen in your vision? We witnessed such unthinkable scene that day. Thereafter I had innumerable series of dreams a few of which are narrated.
One night I heard a very sweet instrumental music as if someone was playing it in the form of a shadow and a naked child of 2-3 years age was following it in a bluish light. As he was stepping on the lotuses, they sprouted one by one and as if within my body. When crossing the region of my neck, I heard the sound of the instrument ‘Bina’, and saw open sky overhead. Then he followed that sound crossing the region of eyebrow and through a tunnel reached a plane ground situated at a higher place. Then that sweet sound began to fade away to a far place and a vast lake with silver color water was visible. The child dived into that water and disappeared inside as if swimming like a fish with eternal bliss. The dream went off.
The next scene was so beautiful and beyond any description. I saw a huge mango tree and beneath that tree the person who lifted that child from the lake was Sri Ramkrishna himself. Seeing that the child was forcing to go to the lake he pushed a sweet into the mouth of the child and dragged forcefully towards him. Then holding his hand he crossed so many cities, mountains, forests and lastly a void zone. Suddenly the scene changed. A beautiful ornamented garden was visible. The child was seen there with a flower crown on his head. The surrounding was filled with sweet scent and it was luminous. Sri Ramkrishna was dancing clapping his hands and the child was also dancing and singing with him. Both of them were moving forward. After a while I saw that Sri Ramkrishnawas coming out through a heavy silken curtain holding the hand of the child from a fire globe. On this side Mother Sarada (wife of Sri Ramkrishna) was seated with affectionate eyes, pleasant face. Coming to her Sri Ramkrishna handed over the child to her and disappeared into that globe. That child also wanted to follow him but mother Sarada dragged him towards her lap. The child was crying and requesting her to leave him. But mother with great affection took him in her lap and gave him an affectionate kiss on his cheek. With that divine touch I got back my consciousness. In every hair of my body the eternal bliss was expressed.
When one Sunday I went to Jibankrishna and as soon as I entered his room, he asked me whether I dreamed anything. So I narrated my previous dream and asked him, ‘where were your existence at that time’? He said, ‘My brother, better you ask Thakur (Sri Ramkrishna). After returning my home that same night I dreamt about that same huge lake and the Tree. Under the tree Sri Ramkrishna turning towards the lake was holding the hand of that child with his left hand and on his right side was standing Jibankrishna touching the body of Sri Ramkrishna with his body. Thakur put his right hand on Jibankrishna’s shoulder. He was nearly 2-3 fingers taller than Jibankrishna, but his chest was broader than that of Sri Ramkrishna. Then my dream was off. Hearing this dream later on Jibankrishna admitted his friendly relation with Sri Ramkrishna. He also said about his spiritual relationship with Sri Ramkrishna. The child in the dream was me.
One night I saw in a dream as if in Central Asia from a very high hilly area I was descending on a green valley with a stick at hand and driving a pack of sheep in front of me. I asked myself, ‘This time also have I to tend the sheep on grazing land’? After this dream I grew a great urge to read Bible.
In many of my dreams, I used to see many old cities and localities of the Vedic or pre-Vedic ages once I saw a Chinese saint and somebody was announcing, ‘Lao-tse! Lao-tse!’
I had once a very remarkable dream: As if there was a stone-built room at a very high place, might be in the sky. There was an-ornamental cot inside a room. It was dawn and the rays of the rising early morning sun were penetrating the room. When I woke up I saw that Jibankrishna was sleeping so long beside me. He also woke up and within a moment opened the door. In front of the room wide steps lead to the ground on the left side. From the door seeing me still lying indicated to follow him. With gentle steps he stepped down to the corridor connected with the vast portico. Far and far below the localities were visible. Quite a large number of fire places were burning though most of these were almost without fire. From one of the fire places I took ash for brushing my teeth and at this moment my dream was off. The dream came true in my future life when one night I had to sleep beside Jibankrishna at Alipukur (Howrah), his old residence. Some of us stayed with him at his residence for a few days.
I have a belief that my life has become fulfilled with the main objective of human life, i.e., to know the Truth by knowing the Supreme Being. We have got Him and we have known Him.
Diamond’s appearance after death in dreams and reality
(Collected and translated from the experiences in Bolpur Reading Centre)
Diamond’s grace on the whole family through reading his book
Part – 1
Nitya Gopal Rudra narrates the experiences how he and his mother and daughter saw Diamond in dreams without knowing anything about him
Some twelve years back I was at Nabadwip (Nadia District of West Bengal State, India) and came in contact with Bholanath Mukherjee, a regular companion of Diamond. From him I came to know about Diamond. Prior to that though I had divine dreams but never understood their importance. After listening to the reading of Diamond’s Bengali book ‘Dharma-O-Anubhuti’ my wife and daughter saw Diamond in their dreams and in flesh and blood body. After a few months we came to Bolpur and settled there. There we were regular listeners at Sriniketan reading centre. But strangely I never saw Diamond in dreams and always prayed to God for showing himself to me. At last after a long waiting that day came. On 26th January, 1989 I was supposed to join a gathering at the residence of Himangshu Das, a companion of Diamond. But I couldn’t attain. At that very night I saw a dream – I had gone to Himanghsu’s house. Pushing the door of a room where the reading of Diamond’s book was going on I saw that the room was fully packed with listeners. On one side boys and girls of Charupalli reading centre were having functions. On their back side there was a throne, and on it a framed photograph of Diamond was kept. In front of the photo Diamond was in a standing posture. Seeing me he showed me his palms indicating my protection. I felt a great joy and my dream was off.
On 2nd September, 1992, I was in my dream that I was floating onBrahmaPutraRiver adjacent to my place. A riot was going on everywhere and there was a tension in everybody who was worried about a safe shelter. I swam and reaching a Hindu dominated area heard a woman voice probably my mother’s voice. She was announcing that many refugees had come there. Suddenly my eyes were fixed on a glass wall in front, and inside that a life giving process was going on in many seed. Those seeds were jumping like fried paddies on a frying pan illuminating white wanted to see the creator of this phenomenon.
Suddenly a search light was focused on a palace in front with a vast open space. I saw there a huge clock and good architectural works. The place was empty. All on a sudden I saw Diamond like a Brahmin priest came by a by-cycle and stood in front of me. With a great surprise I kept on looking at him. I was feeling a great divine joy and at this moment I woke up.

MERGING OF DREAMS AND REALITY
8) Accompaniment with devotees and the Holy Ghost – feeling of unification of reality and dream
17th December, 1977, Saturday.
Early morning dream : The scene opened with a new place and a new building with a common room for all the devotees of Diamond (Jibankrishna). All would assemble there. At this moment Diamond came there. It seemed as if he had returned with his physical body after his demise and also felt as if he had no physical death in reality.
With a great joy I was thinking that now onwards I would narrate to Diamond all the happenings at Taltala where all the devotees used to assemble and at the same time about my dreams also.
The whole environment was seeming to be filled with great joy. At this moment I noticed that Diamond was about to keep one jug of water at the entrance of the door. I was seated on the floor and at this moment my feet were touched with the body of Diamond, so I bowed to him by touching my hand on the feet of Diamond with was seeming to be so intimate to me. Then Diamond kept the jug full of water near the door and the dream went off.
[The dream was long lasting and I felt no different between the dream and the reality.
9) Achievement of sense about the merging of dream and reality
1st March, 1977, Thursday.
Early morning dream : After about six months I met Diamond in dream (Last meeting in dream was on 6th September,1978). I came to know that Diamond had come to his old residence at Kadamtala, Howrah. So I went to him and observed that he had become much older as he would be 85-86 years old in reality. The body skin was pale and shrink. As soon as I reached there, with great happiness Diamond welcomed me saying, ‘come! Come!’ as he used to welcome in reality. After bowing down I took my seat. Nobody was there as it was noon time. Narrating an incident of Sri Ramkrishna, Diamond began to give me some instructions. Very attentively I was listening to him which I forgot after waking up.
After a while I returned home. Afternoon was approaching and I went on thinking that in the evening I should go again to Diamond. Then evening came. I went to toilet and determined to go to Diamond. It came in my mind ‘oh! Now so many devotees have come there and spiritual discussions are now going on’! My mind became restless while thinking these and at this moment the dream went off.
Then again I went on sleeping and had a dream like this : I met Dhiren Mondal, an old devotee saying to him, ‘I have dreamt that Jibankrishna has come to Kadamtala and I have decoded that I shall go there regularly.’ He said, it would not be wise to go everyday.’ Then I went out with him on road. The dream continued for more time and then went off.
Again I went on sleeping and dreamt that as if Diamond was still at Kadamtala and I had to go to him and the same thing was repeated 3-4 times in dreams that I had to go to Diamond as he was still residing at Kadamtala. Then finally I woke up.
One peculiar thing was observed that whenever I used to meet Diamond in dream, his figure and age used to be the same as it would have been in reality. This clearly indicates that the reality and dream became merged within the seer which proves that the seer has acquired a highly developed brain capacity. This is further establishing the saying of Vedanta that there is no difference between dream and reality.
RELIGION AND REALIZATION((Abstract)
By Diamond picked up in the street
Volume -8, March, 2012
MARCH—-1882
Place :—Temple of Dakshineswar .
25 . “No, no, not clay ! The image is made of God’s light “
A real devotee sees that the image is made of God’s light . At first a shining light is seen all around in the image . Then the light develops and covers the image . The image appears to be made of light only . This light does not come from outside but it emits from the eyes of the devotee . First it takes the shape of image in outline and then it covers the whole image and lastly there remains the form of image made of God’s light . The God is within you and from there, comes out His light through your eyes and shrouds the image .Apparently, on the surface it appears so but if a deep penetration is made then it transpires that the devotee is seeing this image of light in his own brain and the happening before his sight is but an outward reflection of his inner condition . At this atage the devotee is not in a position to demarcate the inside from the outside . He knows that it is an outward occurrence .
An occurrence of Thakur’s life in the form of realization is quoted here which will throw light over the confusion of inside or outside .
Thakur once saw that Eternity (lit : eternal time in the form of a man called Kalapurush) came out of his body .
Thakur prayed to his Divine Mother to do away with the man . The Divine Mother at once hacked the man into pieces .But there was no blood there in the outside . Thakur witnessed the whole episode within him and nothing happened in the outside .
Another realization is cited here which will throw more light and clarify the thing . God is seen . Then various sportive forms of God are also seen . By such continuous realizations the body becomes very light . At this stage it is seen that God with form comes out of the body and enters the body again . God in the body makes you know that God with form seen in the outside does not come from without but comes out from your own body .
26 .. “Thousand lectures will not render the least help
to make a man understand anything about God”
If God reveals Himself to you then you may know God, otherwise nor . You yourself do not know the sports of God as evinced by your lectures, then how can you make others understand about God ? Had you been acquainted with the thorough text of God’s sports then you would have remained silent . Of course, those who get God’s commandment have a different case . They do not deliver lectures but they simply live by speaking out the God’s sportive forms as seen by them in their body ; nay, not only this, but they find out that they do not speak out but God in them talks and teaches others .
27 . “If it Is required that others are to be taught then God Himself will teach them. He lives in every man , Granted,It is an error to worship the image of clay, but God is fully aware that He is worshipped in that way and He is satisfied with it . You need not be beating your brain over it “.
God living in you understands the disposition of your mind and if it is sincere one. He is satisfied with it .’The image of clay’ is this human body. The body is to be worshipped and propitiated and then God will emanate from the body and will appear as Atma in the cerebrum . “Till a daughter (Parvati—is the name of the daughter . She is Bhagavati Tanu—fourth sheath—sixth plane ) is born in the house of the Himalaya, theHimalayais but a huge heap of stone—i.e., clay”.Himalayais a man, Daughter is Bhagavati Tanu .
28 . All the various forms of worship have been provided by God Himself. He is the Lord of the Universe . Every iota Of creation is His own . It is his arrangement to provide different men with different stages of manifestations and realizations . The mother sets up separate menu according to the taste of her different children .”
Here it is spoken of God’s emanation in the body. God emanates in the body in different measures. Somewhere a shilling and somewhere a pound .
In some cases there are realizations as depicted in the holy Tantra (a treatise on Yoga and the realization is to see God with form . But Tantra does not end here . After seeing God with form there comes realizations of the sportive forms of God. At the time of death the ego-consciousness merges in Mahakaran or the first Cause,. Tantra’ has got four sheaths in six planes ) .
In some cases God manifests Himself with the realizations as laid down in the Vedas—five sheaths in seven planes .
Again in some cases God expresses Himself in the realizations of the vedas and also that of Vedanta (lit ; the end of knowledge), i.e, to know God stage by stage till nothing remains—the ego-consciousness melts away in the First Cause ; the God opens Himself and shows His inward composition and component parts (i.e, Sadhan of Atma). This Vedanta is realization of God in five stages and they are —
1. God is in the body .
2. The Universe is in God .
3. Universe, the God, changes into a seed.
4. This seed again changes into a dream .
5 . The dream vanishes—the ego-consciousness evaporates .
What remains nobody can know or say .
The Ascent (Agam) ends here . Then comes Descent (Nigam). In descent there are multifarious conditions and realizations .
